Partners to jointly develop air, hotel and golf packages
Parata Air announced Sunday it is joining forces with Hana Tour and Chamsaem Group to pursue the Vietnam tourism market.
The three companies signed a three-way MOU in Hanoi, Vietnam, on May 28 to link Korea-Vietnam tourism resources and promote the global MICE and leisure market.
The agreement brings together the three companies' respective strengths in aviation, travel and leisure to develop tourism products connecting South Korea and Vietnam and expand bilateral tourism exchanges.
The signing ceremony was attended by Lee Sang-hoon, Parata Air's Vietnam branch director; Ryu Chang-ho, executive vice president of Hana Tour; and Lee Ho-seong, vice chairman of Chamsaem Group.
Under the agreement, Parata Air plans to jointly develop products targeting corporate incentive tourism, known as MICE, and premium golf travel by combining Hana Tour's travel product planning capabilities with Chamsaem Group's local tourism infrastructure in Vietnam.
The companies will draw particularly on local assets — including the 54-hole Phoenix Golf Resort, the largest of its kind in Vietnam, and the Grand Plaza Hanoi Hotel — to offer tailored products that broaden customer choice.
Parata Air will provide optimized flight supply and operational support for these products and is also reviewing promotions tied to its planned new Hanoi route. The airline recently signed a separate MOU with the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (KOCHAM) to secure local tourism and business demand, and has been accelerating efforts to strengthen its Vietnam route competitiveness.
"This agreement goes beyond simple air transport — it is a collaboration to deliver a new customer experience encompassing travel and leisure," a Parata Air official said. "We will continue working with a range of partners to provide differentiated travel value."
