Honda Korea opens motorcycle service center in Seongsu-dong

Honda Korea announced Monday the opening of a new Honda Motorcycle Service Center in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, as part of efforts to strengthen customer service for motorcycle owners.

The center operates on a fully reservation-based system, with bookings available through Naver's reservation platform. It focuses primarily on warranty and recall repairs, while general and major maintenance services are also available by appointment. Operating hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.

The facility spans approximately 307 square meters (93 pyeong, where 1 pyeong equals 3.3 square meters) across two floors. The first floor houses a customer reception desk, customer lounge, service workshop, parts room and parking area, while the second floor contains an office and staff rest area. Qualified service advisors and mechanics are stationed on site, and the center is equipped with six work bays.

Honda Korea CEO Lee Ji-hong said the company would work to ensure customers in Seoul and the greater metropolitan area can receive high-quality service more conveniently through the new center.

Meanwhile, Honda Korea offers a motorcycle lineup in South Korea ranging from the 110cc Super Cub to the 1800cc Gold Wing, covering a wide range of lifestyle needs.

The company also operates Honda Education Center, the country's largest motorcycle safety training institution, as part of its efforts to broaden motorcycle culture in South Korea.
