British pop star Dua Lipa, 30, has married British actor Callum Turner, 36.
The couple wed May 31 at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London in a private ceremony attended only by family and close friends, according to foreign media reports.
In photos from the wedding, Lipa wore a white jacket and trousers paired with a wide-brimmed white hat rather than a traditional wedding dress. She was photographed leaving the venue hand in hand with Turner as guests cheered, both beaming.
Turner is said to have proposed to Lipa around Christmas last year. She later confirmed the engagement in a media interview, saying she was "happier than ever."
Lipa debuted in 2015 and has since built a global following, with hits including "New Rules," "Don't Start Now" and "Levitating."
She has also drawn attention recently for filing a $15 million (about 22 billion won) lawsuit against Samsung Electronics, alleging the company used her photo on TV packaging without her consent.
Samsung Electronics rebuffed the claim, saying it had verified usage rights through a content licensing partner and that any infringement was unintentional. The company also said it had halted production of the packaging in question and begun replacing it after Lipa's team raised the issue, and that it was continuing talks to reach an amicable resolution.
Turner may not be widely known in South Korea, but he has maintained a steady acting career, including an appearance in "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald" (2018).
