A countdown board in the lobby of the Seoul Metropolitan Election Commission in Jongno-gu displayed "D-1" on Monday morning, one day before voting begins in the 9th nationwide simultaneous local elections. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday at designated polling stations based on each voter's registered residential address.
