Pedestrians walked past election campaign posters affixed to outdoor walls in central Seoul on Monday, one day before voting begins in the 9th nationwide simultaneous local elections. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday at designated polling stations matching each voter's registered residential address.
