Pedestrians walked past campaign banners for candidates from various parties near Ihwa Intersection in Daehak-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, on Tuesday, one day before the main voting day for the 9th National Simultaneous Local Elections. Voting will take place Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at designated polling stations based on each voter's registered residential address.
