Toss Securities bets on PC traders with multi-chart tools, virtual asset prices

Toss Securities has significantly upgraded its web-based trading service, targeting investors who trade on desktop computers. The move extends the strengths of its mobile trading platform to the PC environment, with the goal of delivering a more tailored trading experience.

The company said Thursday it had rolled out a feature update to Toss Securities PC, its web-based trading service, to sharply improve convenience for desktop investors.

The centerpiece of the update is the introduction of multi-chart and in-chart order functions. Investors can now display up to four charts simultaneously on a full screen, allowing them to analyze a single stock across different time frames — by the minute, day or week — or compare the price movements of multiple stocks at a glance.

Orders and order amendments can now also be placed directly within the chart view. Previously, users had to leave the chart and navigate to a separate order window; the update integrates analysis and trading into a single, uninterrupted workflow.

A new tab function lets investors customize the information displayed alongside their charts or asking price screens, selecting from data such as market prices and trading trends by investor type. Users can also freely rearrange the tab order to suit their preferences.

Toss Securities also expanded its market data coverage. On top of existing index, exchange rate, bond and raw materials information, the platform now provides market prices for major virtual assets including Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and Solana. The data is available both on Toss Securities PC and within the market index list on its mobile app.

The company has been accelerating service upgrades alongside growth in its investor base. It has rolled out a series of features aimed at retail investors, including the industry's first real-time fractional trading of overseas shares, a regular investment service called "Stock Accumulation," and an investor community.

Toss Securities is also deepening its AI-driven investment information services. It operates an earnings call service that translates and delivers overseas corporate earnings announcements in real time, as well as AI Signal and Real-Time Issues — tools that analyze the causes of share price movements and industry developments to improve investors' access to information.

"This update focused on reducing the steps investors need to take so they can concentrate solely on making investment decisions, while providing a customized environment," a Toss Securities official said. "We will continue to develop Toss Securities PC by combining advanced features with an intuitive user experience."
