Company launches Insight Pro X 2.0, adding industrial safety tracking and faster on-site decision support
Granko, a manufacturing AI company led by CEO Bae Jun-ho, is advancing its AI transformation solution for the manufacturing sector.
The company launched Insight Pro X 1.0 last year, enabling manufacturers to operate AI-based cognitive and decision-making functions within a digital twin environment using factory equipment data. That version was designated an "AI Factory Specialist Company" by the Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology.
This year, Granko unveiled an upgraded version, Insight Pro X 2.0, which adds industrial safety tracking on top of existing features for improving production floor productivity and monitoring defect indicators.
Insight Pro X integrates and analyzes manufacturing floor data in real time, enabling users to make decisions quickly through a single interface. The platform unifies operational technology and information technology data, and uses AI to enable real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, productivity analysis, energy usage analysis and on-site control.
Physical factory equipment, production lines and logistics flows are rendered in a 3D digital environment, with live operational data linked in to support real-time analysis and management of on-site conditions. Granko said companies can use the platform to improve operational efficiency, cut maintenance costs and secure production stability.
The solution also supports Asset Administration Shell, the manufacturing data standard, enabling standardized communication between factory operational technology and information technology systems.
"This is not a supplementary IT solution for smart factories," CEO Bae said Thursday. "It uses AI technology to understand what is actually happening on the manufacturing floor, then supports rapid decision-making — a genuine AI transformation platform for manufacturing."
