Lee Hyun-gyu, a full member of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology and professor in the Department of Food and Nutrition at Hanyang University, died Wednesday. He is survived by his wife, Moon Hye-jeong; his children Lee Ji-yeon, a former counselor at the Gyeonggi Province Office of Education, and Jong-ho; and his son-in-law Seok Mu-hyeon, CEO of Eastsound.
