Mobiriks disclosed June 5 that it signed a share buyback trust agreement worth 4 billion won ($2,620,000) with Yuanta Securities.
The contract runs through June 4, 2027.
The company said the buyback is aimed at enhancing shareholder value through the acquisition and subsequent cancellation of treasury shares.
