Company says wool used can absorb more than 30% of its own weight in moisture
Evezary has unveiled two wool summer bedding products with moisture absorption exceeding 30 percent of the material's own weight.
The new lineup consists of two products: "Basic Feelgood," available in navy and dark gray, and "Rami." Both feature "washable processing" to prevent the wool from shrinking and tangling during washing, as well as "wool-proof processing" to minimize shedding — enhancements the company said improve washing convenience and durability.
Basic Feelgood uses a wool filling combined with an outer shell made of different materials on each side, optimizing the bedding for summer use. The inner lining incorporates Huvis's cool-touch fabric to maximize a cooling sensation against the skin, while the outer surface uses a high-density, 60-count, 100-percent cotton material for lasting comfort and breathability. The product comes in two solid-pattern colorways: navy and dark gray.
Rami is also a wool-filled bedding product and has been renewed for this summer. The cover, made of high-density, 60-count, 100-percent cotton fabric, is soft to the touch and minimizes skin irritation, the company said. A clean solid design is accented with a small sheep embroidery, lending a charming feel to the bedroom.
"This summer is expected to bring heavy rainfall, raising concerns that a hot and humid environment could degrade sleep quality," Evezary said. "Wool can absorb more than 30 percent of its own weight in moisture and also releases that moisture quickly, helping people sleep comfortably."
