Gyeryong Construction disclosed Friday it signed a contract with Busan Urban Corporation for the Eco Delta City 1BL public housing pre-sale project with private participation.
The contract is valued at 150.67 billion won (about $98.6 million), equivalent to 5.22 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The contract runs through Oct. 31, 2031.
