Company attends for 5th consecutive year with dedicated booth; Songdo Plant 1 commercial production capabilities on display
Lotte Biologics is launching a major marketing push at the world's largest biotech event, two months before its Incheon Songdo Bio Campus begins full operation.
The company announced Thursday it will participate in the 2026 BIO International Convention — known as BIO USA — in San Diego with a dedicated booth, aiming to expand its global partnerships.
BIO USA, organized by the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, is the world's largest pharmaceutical and biotech industry exhibition, drawing major global pharmaceutical companies, investment institutions and research organizations to explore business partnerships. Lotte Biologics has attended every year since its founding in 2022, marking its fifth consecutive appearance this year.
"With the completion of Plant 1 at the Songdo Bio Campus serving as a major milestone, we are now able to directly showcase our competitive commercial production infrastructure to global buyers," a company official said. "We will rapidly strengthen our position in the global CDMO market, anchored by a dual-site operating structure centered on Syracuse and Songdo."
