Lotte Home Shopping said it is running a "RE:TURN Resource Recycling Campaign" through June 19, with employees donating reusable household goods to be sold at an in-house bazaar. Proceeds will be returned to the local community as part of what the company describes as a virtuous-cycle corporate social responsibility program. Employees can drop off donated items at a collection booth set up at the company's headquarters.
Lee Dong-gyu, head of Lotte Home Shopping's communications division, said the company plans to make the campaign a recurring initiative rather than a one-time event, establishing it as a signature activity through which employees can practice ESG — environmental, social and governance — values in their daily lives.
