Nutri said Monday it had decided to enter into a share buyback trust agreement with Mirae Asset Securities worth 1.5 billion won (about $970,000) to enhance corporate and shareholder value.
The contract runs from June 11 through Sept. 10.
The company said it plans to cancel the repurchased shares upon completion of the trust agreement.
