Salesforce outlines enterprise AI agent strategy
POSCO, Musinsa among firms sharing AI transformation cases
"We will prove the potential of the agentic enterprise — where humans and AI agents collaborate as one team."
Park Se-jin, president of Salesforce Korea, made the remarks Wednesday at "Agentforce World Tour Korea 2026," the company's annual AI conference held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul. He said Salesforce would "resolve the limitations facing Korean companies as an agentic AI platform for enterprises that connects people, agents, data and apps into one," and added that the company would strengthen its position as a partner helping businesses secure competitiveness in the AI era.
The Agentforce World Tour is an annual event Salesforce holds in major cities around the world, centered on sharing workplace transformation technologies and adoption cases in the age of AI agents. About 6,000 business leaders and practitioners attended this year's conference.
Park delivered the keynote address, saying companies can only achieve "AI competitiveness" by connecting their work environments on a single platform. He said deploying AI agents capable of understanding data and business context — rather than simply adopting AI tools — is what drives meaningful AI transformation results.
"Many companies are introducing various AI tools, but it is difficult to produce real results in an environment where data, systems and workflows are fragmented," he said. "Enterprise AI agents will only gain true competitiveness when all work environments are organically connected on a single platform."
The event also featured AI transformation case studies from Korean companies, including POSCO and Musinsa, built on Salesforce solutions. POSCO presented its AI transformation journey across front-office operations — from customer touchpoints to production status — with a focus on integrating value-chain data around the customer and enabling collaboration between customers, sales staff and AI agents.
Specifically, POSCO said it built a multi-agent orchestration framework anchored by a "Sales Agent" that supports sales coaching and a "My POSCO Concierge Agent" that handles customer inquiries and task management. The system applies AI agents that draw on customer relationship management data to understand business context and support decision-making and execution on the ground.
Musinsa said it has upgraded its customer experience, brand partner ecosystem and internal operations around data and AI to drive platform expansion. The company outlined how it is using Service Cloud and Slack to build a global customer service framework and improve cross-organizational collaboration.
The event also featured more than 50 role- and industry-specific sessions. Participating companies included CJ Olive Young, GS, SK AX, Google Cloud, CJ Freshway, KB Kookmin Bank, Worksphere, LG CNS, Krafton, Lyman Korea, ASICS, Yuhan-Kimberly and Kyungdong Navien. They shared cases of applying Salesforce's Customer 360-based tools — including Agentforce, Data Foundation, Slack and Tableau — to real workplace operations.
"The Agentic Office" experience zone was also set up, where visitors could explore work scenarios and real-world applications using Salesforce's key solutions. A separate networking zone gave attendees the opportunity to connect with industry experts and community leaders across various sectors.
