Incheon Housing and Community Corporation (iH) will develop and supply its first integrated public rental housing complex.
iH said Wednesday it signed a project agreement with the Daebo Construction consortium to advance the Dohwa B-3BL private-participation public housing construction project.
Integrated public rental housing consolidates previously separate categories of public rental units — including permanent, national and happiness housing — into a single unified type.
The Dohwa B-3BL development will be iH's first integrated public rental housing complex, comprising 435 units with exclusive use areas of 60 square meters or less. The project is set to break ground in the first half of 2027, with move-in targeted for 2030.
