'Naneun Solo' Season 31 cast gathers for Youngjah's birthday — but Oksoon and Youngsook stay away

Photos from a birthday party for Youngjah, a cast member of SBS Plus and ENA's dating show "Naneun Solo" Season 31, have surfaced online — showing fellow cast members Soonjah and Kyungsoo in attendance, while Oksoon, Youngsook and Youngho, a Ulsan dentist who was Oksoon's final pick, were nowhere to be seen.

Youngjah posted the photos and videos on her social media Wednesday, captioning them "moments that didn't make it to air."

The images show Season 31 cast members gathered in January to celebrate Youngjah's birthday. In one video clip, Youngjah makes a wish before blowing out the candles: "I hope everyone here is filled with nothing but happiness and good things."

The video appears to have been filmed by Soonjah. The atmosphere among those present looks warm and cheerful. The gathering took place before the show's April 1 premiere.

Season 31 has continued to draw attention even after its finale, with a "trash-talk" controversy still lingering.

Amid the fallout, Soonjah — considered the wronged party in the dispute — has surpassed 160,000 Instagram followers, the most of any "Naneun Solo" cast member in the show's history. Many see the milestone as a public verdict on the controversy.

Earlier, Oksoon posted KakaoTalk and direct message exchanges in an attempt to show she had already apologized to Soonjah multiple times, but public reaction was cold. Critics said the apology lacked sincerity and instead exposed a rude character. The backlash also spilled over onto Sangcheol, who was seen as defending Oksoon, and even onto Youngjah, who had taken a neutral stance.

The Season 31 cast appeared to have reached a complete falling-out, with members unfollowing one another on social media.

Alongside the birthday party photos, Youngjah also shared pictures from a date with Youngsoo, a photo taken with producer Nam Gyu-hong, and group shots with the cast — a collection that seemed to reflect nostalgia for the time they shared together.
