AI marketing company Madup said it delivered a lecture at the KAIST Kim Jaechul Graduate School of AI colloquium on June 2, presenting research on AI technology and digital marketing.

The KAIST Kim Jaechul Graduate School of AI colloquium is an academic seminar series that invites AI researchers and industry experts from South Korea and abroad to share the latest technology trends and research findings.

At the lecture, Madup introduced AI agents and related technologies it is developing based on data accumulated in the digital marketing field. The company also unveiled key features and use cases of its AI marketing solution, LEVER Xpert.

According to the company, LEVER Xpert automates data collection and processing tasks in digital marketing workflows and is designed to reduce the time previously spent on manual operations.

Madup said it is also developing a feature that uses AI to analyze and categorize large volumes of global marketing creative assets, with plans to add AI-driven analysis and campaign management recommendation functions in the future.

The lecture also covered ADVISOR, a vision-language model-based ad recommendation model jointly developed by Madup's solutions business division and the KAIST Kim Jaechul Graduate School of AI.

ADVISOR uses multimodal technology — which analyzes both visual and text information simultaneously — along with an internal evaluation process to predict advertising performance by brand.

The research was accepted as an oral presentation paper at ACL 2026, an international natural language processing conference. The company said A/B test results from an Instagram Live environment confirmed the model's potential to improve advertising performance metrics.

"We continue to develop technology in the digital marketing field, drawing on data accumulated through ad operations and our AI research capabilities," a Madup official said. "We plan to sustain research through industry-academia collaboration going forward."
