Comedian Kim Ji-sun is set to show off her trademark sharp wit.
Comedians Lee Gyeong-sil, Jo Hye-ryeon, Kim Ji-sun and Kim Hyo-jin will appear on JTBC's "Knowing Bros," airing Saturday, to talk about their new venture in the stage play "I Love You, Mom."
Kim Ji-sun, a mother of four who has earned the nickname "queen of childbirth," drew laughs with candid remarks about her deliveries. "I gave birth to my fourth in 35 minutes and walked right out," she said, adding, "By the fourth, it felt like the road had already been paved."
Kim Hyo-jin, who conceived naturally at 45, described her second pregnancy as "a miracle with a 1 to 2 percent chance." She also got the audience laughing when she recalled that her eldest had wanted a sibling so badly — but apparently doubting it would happen — asked her to "at least have a dog instead of a person."
Lee Gyeong-sil, who has reinvented herself as a stage actor in "I Love You, Mom," opened up about the challenges of the role. "I'm from Jeolla Province, but my character speaks in a Gyeongsang Province dialect, which was really hard," she said.
