KCC Construction disclosed June 12 that it had signed a contract with The One Partners to build a new housing complex in the Yangbeol district.
The contract is valued at 207.32 billion won ($136 million), equivalent to 11.31 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The contract runs from July 31 to Oct. 31, 2030.
