N. Korea says S. Korea-EU statement shows 'regime-respect disguise cast off,' vows unchanged hostility

North Korea responded to a joint South Korea-EU statement by saying the move had cast off the "disguise of respecting its system" and that its principle of hostility toward South Korea remained unchanged.
