Dongyang ENP announced Monday it has decided to acquire 5,379,355 shares, or 43.41 percent, of Motiv Link.
The acquisition is valued at 36.36 billion won ($23.9 million), equivalent to 8.17 percent of the company's equity capital.
The transaction is scheduled to close July 16.
The company said the move aims to "secure management control and enhance corporate value through business synergies."
