Kumho Engineering & Construction disclosed June 15 that it had signed a contract with Busan Urban Corporation for the Eco Delta City 8BL private-participation public pre-sale housing project.
The contract is valued at 164.76 billion won (approximately $108 million), equivalent to 8.16 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The contract runs through Oct. 31, 2031.
