Artspace3 in Jongno-gu, Seoul, is presenting the group exhibition "Metamorphosis" through July 18. The show brings together four artists — Kim Min-hun (b. 1997), Lee Hwan-hee (b. 1990), Ha Seong-uk (b. 1991) and Ham Su-ji (b. 1996) — to explore the possibilities of existence and creation that persist through change.
The title "Metamorphosis" evokes transformation and mutation. Working in sculpture and painting, the four artists approach the growth patterns of plants, changes in the body and the transformation of materials from their own distinct perspectives. Together, the works illuminate the layered nature of beings that do not settle into fixed identities but instead continuously emerge and evolve.
