A food truck arranged by Seo Gyo-rim of the Samchully Sports Team and Sungkyung Food arrived Wednesday at Lakewood Country Club in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province.
On the official practice day ahead of the Mercedes-Benz 40th Korea Women's Open Golf Championship, Seo treated fellow players and tournament officials to a generous spread of food.
The food truck was Seo's way of thanking the KLPGA seniors, juniors and officials who had cheered her on throughout her career, following her first career victory at the 2026 Celltrion Queens Masters on June 7.
The menu featured chungmu kimbap, spiced squid, kkakdugi radish kimchi, and snacks from Sungkyung Food's Jidopyo brand — including seaweed crisps and dried fish chips — drawing a steady stream of players and officials and earning widespread praise.
"I really wanted to express my gratitude to everyone who stood by me with warm encouragement and heartfelt support until that winning moment came," Seo said. "I'm especially glad to have prepared this food truck together with Sungkyung Food, which has become part of the Samchully Group family — it made the occasion even more meaningful, and seeing everyone enjoy it made me all the happier."
