Incheon Urban Corp has been named an outstanding institution for fair hiring practices for the fifth consecutive year.
The corporation, known by its abbreviation iH, received a Gold Award at the 2026 first-half Fair Hiring Excellence Certification ceremony.
iH scored 975 out of a possible 1,000 points after clearing document and on-site reviews across 59 detailed items in three categories — hiring systems, hiring operations and hiring outcomes — achieving a score rate of 95 percent or higher in each area, while also improving its operational and hiring performance results.
Since 2022, iH has undergone annual reviews of its hiring systems, with every stage of the recruitment process rigorously verified against established operational standards.
