Hyundai Department Store offers Jeju traditional dry tofu at 5 locations

Hyundai Department Store is selling "Jeju traditional dry tofu" made from a rare domestic blue soybean variety known as dokseagi-kong at five locations: the Apgujeong main branch and the Trade Center branch, The Hyundai Seoul, the Mokdong branch and the Pangyo branch.

The dry tofu has lower moisture content and a higher soybean concentration than regular tofu. Compressed until fully dried, it has a chewy, firm texture. It is priced at 7,500 won ($5.40) for 450 grams.
