Wishket's enterprise AI transformation support service AIDP participated in NextRise 2026 (Seoul), a global startup and open innovation event held at COEX in Seoul from June 18 to 19, presenting AI transformation, or AX, strategies tailored to real-world corporate environments.
At the event, AIDP ran a program called "AX Diagnosis for Your Company," allowing corporate visitors to assess their organization's current level of AI adoption. Through a brief diagnostic, attendees could review their AI utilization and examine data structures, business processes, system integration status and operational frameworks to gauge their readiness for AX transformation.
The adoption of generative AI and workflow automation solutions has been spreading rapidly across corporate environments. Yet many companies that have introduced AI tools have struggled to translate them into meaningful changes in how work is done or into measurable organizational results. AIDP attributes this not simply to a lack of technology, but to a structural problem — data, systems and business processes that are not organically connected.
AIDP draws on Wishket's accumulated experience and data from IT project execution to assess each company's AX readiness and design implementation strategies suited to its environment. Core services include AX diagnosis and consulting, integrated deployment of internal systems such as ERP, MES and WMS, AI internalization education, and the development of company-specific AI agents.
A defining feature of the service is its execution-focused support model, which goes beyond simple consulting or solution supply to cover the entire process — from diagnosis and deployment to education and operational improvement. The aim is to ensure AI is not confined to a productivity tool for some employees, but is embedded across a company's data, systems and business processes as a whole.
The exhibition also featured a range of AX application cases, including automation of purchase orders and invoice processing, enterprise knowledge base development, AI-based ERP and MES deployment, smart factory conversion and data warehouse construction.
"Many companies are considering AI adoption, but in practice a significant number fail to achieve the results they expected due to issues with data structures, business processes and integration with existing systems," said Lee Hong-ju, Wishket's chief strategy officer. "AIDP aims to be an execution partner that goes beyond simply introducing AI — supporting companies so that AI can be put to practical use within their actual workflows and operational frameworks."
Meanwhile, Wishket operates three services: Wishket, an IT project matching platform; AIDP, an enterprise AI transformation support service; and Yozm IT, an IT-focused content platform. AIDP provides comprehensive diagnosis of a company's data structures, business processes, internal systems and operational frameworks to support substantive AX transformation.
