Xi S&D announced Thursday it has decided to sell land and a building in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul to Home Ace to secure funding for new and core project investment.
The sale price is 140 billion won ($91 million), equivalent to 11.77 percent of the company's total assets.
The transfer is scheduled for Dec. 24.
