Namkwang Engineering & Construction disclosed June 26 that it signed a contract with Korea Land and Housing Corp. for an integrated private-participation public housing construction project at Yangju Hoecheon A-23BL and A-4BL.
The contract is valued at 188.3 billion won ($122 million), equivalent to 52.67 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The contract runs through Aug. 31, 2030.
