Company publishes 2025 Sustainability Report, expanding ESG data disclosure across entire group
Paradise Group has established a mid-to-long-term ESG strategy and moved to strengthen its sustainable management framework.
Paradise published its 2025 Sustainability Report on Monday, detailing the group's environmental, social and governance activities and performance. The report was prepared in accordance with global disclosure standards including GRI Standards 2021 and SASB, and outlines key achievements and future directions across all ESG areas under the vision "A Journey of Happy Memories, A Promise for the Future."
Through the report, Paradise unveiled a new group-level ESG management strategy and set its mid-to-long-term direction through 2030. The strategy extends the group's core value of "Happy Memories" as the identity of its ESG activities, with the goal of delivering responsible management that provides stakeholders with enhanced experiences and value. Built on that foundation, the company established a sustainable management framework centered on three strategic pillars: environment (Create a Green Environment), society (Play for a Responsible Society) and governance (Grow Sustainably with Transparency).
Paradise also moved to improve its ESG disclosure framework, expanding the scope of policy, strategy, targets, performance and data disclosure across the entire company to raise disclosure quality. In environmental management and climate change response, the company established new policies, and in human rights management, it developed group-level policies and a mid-to-long-term roadmap. Safety and health management extended risk assessments to the entire group, while supply chain ESG and customer-focused management also saw the establishment of policy and target frameworks.
Particularly notable was the expansion of ESG data collection and disclosure from select worksites to the entire group. This created a foundation for more systematic, integrated management of key indicators including human rights, safety and health, energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
The changes were reflected in external assessments as well. In last year's evaluation by the Korea Corporate Governance Service, Paradise's overall rating rose three notches from the previous year, climbing from D to B+. The company attributed the improvement to its integration of ESG across its management strategy and organizational operations. The full 2025 Sustainability Report is available on Paradise's official website.
"This report captures the meaningful achievements and journey we have built across all areas of environment, society and governance, centered on our essential value of 'Happy Memories,'" CEO Choe Jong-hwan said. "We will continue to prove the sincerity of our sustainable management through action and results as a company leading the domestic integrated resort industry, and set new ESG standards for the sector."
