IPark Hyundai Development disclosed June 29 that it has signed a construction contract for the Oncheon Zone 5 redevelopment project worth 377.71 billion won ($245 million).
The contract amount represents 9.1 percent of the company's 2025 sales, and the contract period runs 38 months from the ground-breaking date.
