Samsung Electro-Mechanics announced Tuesday that it has signed a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) supply contract with a major global company.
The deal is valued at 453.99 billion won ($294 million), equivalent to 4 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The contract runs from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2027.
The company said it would not disclose the identity of the counterparty, citing confidentiality obligations.
