KCC Silicone to unveil new SeraSense product at In-Cosmetics Korea 2026

KCC Silicone announced Tuesday it will participate in In-Cosmetics Korea 2026, a specialty cosmetics ingredients exhibition running Wednesday through Friday at COEX in Seoul.

The company plans to showcase high-performance silicone materials designed to enhance the texture, longevity and formulation stability of cosmetics products. KCC Silicone said it will present its specialty silicone technology and materials portfolio to domestic and international cosmetics brands, manufacturers, and ODM and OEM companies, with the aim of expanding collaboration opportunities.

In-Cosmetics Korea is a dedicated cosmetics ingredients trade show bringing together ingredient suppliers, brand companies, ODM and OEM firms, and research and development professionals. As the K-beauty market expands across skincare, color cosmetics and sun care, the importance of ingredient technology — which determines formulation quality and sensory performance — has grown accordingly.

KCC Silicone will unveil its newly developed SeraSense RBS 12 in the exhibition's Innovation Zone. The product is a specialty silicone film former incorporating the company's proprietary thixotropic resin blend technology. It is designed to deliver both a dynamically changing skin feel and film-forming performance simultaneously.

The main exhibition booth will also feature a lineup of functional silicone materials applicable to a wide range of cosmetics formulations. On display will be SeraSense, focused on smooth application, adhesion and enhanced longevity; SeraSoft, specialized for a soft skin feel and formulation stability; SeraSilk, which delivers a light, powdery texture; and SeraSnow, suited for achieving a dry, airy finish.

At the exhibition, KCC Silicone will conduct live demonstrations using actual cosmetics formulations and offer technical consultations. The company said it will strengthen customized material recommendations for customers across application categories including skincare, sun care and color makeup.
