Man arrested for secretly filming female colleague in bathhouse locker room

A man has been arrested for secretly filming a female colleague at a bathhouse where they both worked.

Busan's Gijang Police Station said Tuesday it had referred a man in his 30s, identified only as A, to prosecutors without detention on charges of illegal filming under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes.

A is accused of placing his mobile phone behind a basket in the women's locker room in the early hours of May 26 and filming a female colleague in her 40s, identified as B, without her consent.

A told investigators during questioning that he could not remember the incident, according to police.
