Yoon's English launches 'Real Speech 2026' contest, to honor 436 winners

Yoon's English, a specialized English education company, announced Wednesday it will hold "Yoon's Real Speech 2026," an English speaking event for its enrolled members.

The contest is divided into four categories: preschool through second grade, third and fourth grade, fifth and sixth grade, and middle school and above. Any student currently enrolled in a Yoon's English program is eligible to participate.

Participants choose one topic — either a recommended subject from Yoon's English course materials or a topic of their own choosing — and prepare a speech script. They then record a one-minute to two-and-a-half-minute English speaking video, post it to their personal social media channel and submit the link through the event page on Yoons.com.

Video submissions will be accepted from July 24 through Aug. 3. Winners will be announced Aug. 28 on the Yoons.com event board following judging by a panel of English education specialists. Entries will be evaluated across language, content and delivery, with criteria including accuracy, fluency, logic, expressiveness and presentation.

"Last year's contest focused on individual growth experiences, but this year we have adopted a festival concept to cheer on the growth of more members, expanding the scale of awards and prize money compared to last year," a Yoon's English official said. "We hope this contest becomes an event where Yoon's English members can challenge themselves and grow together."
