Signing ceremony held Tuesday; KCC head coach Lee Sang-min, player Heo Woong attend
WillBe Play, the sports brand of Hyungji Elite, announced Wednesday that it has signed a sponsorship deal with professional basketball club Busan KCC Egis.
The signing ceremony took place Tuesday at the Hyungji Global Fashion Complex Center in Songdo, Incheon. Hyungji Elite CEO Choi Jun-ho attended alongside key representatives from both sides, including KCC Egis head coach Lee Sang-min and player Heo Woong.
Under the agreement, WillBe Play will supply uniforms, apparel and equipment for the KCC Egis roster. The brand plans to provide high-performance uniforms designed to maximize mobility, suited to the dynamic movement demands of basketball.
WillBe Play has built a track record across multiple professional sports, including baseball, soccer and esports, through player sponsorships and merchandise projects. Notable efforts include launching "Barça," a fashion brand using FC Barcelona's official license, and releasing retro uniforms through the "1982DDM Project" in partnership with the KBO.
"Drawing on our uniform manufacturing expertise and product competitiveness recognized across multiple sports, we will support the players so they can perform at their best," a Hyungji Elite official said.
