MegaStudyEdu disclosed Tuesday it has decided to enter into a share buyback trust agreement with Samsung Securities worth 10 billion won ($6.46 million) to stabilize its share price and enhance shareholder value.
The contract runs from July 6 to Jan. 6, 2027.
