Aston Martin unveils 'S lineup' at Goodwood: DB12 S, Vantage S and DBX S make world debuts

Aston Martin announced Wednesday it will present its most performance-focused S model lineup in the brand's history at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed, running July 9–12 in the United Kingdom.

The event will feature the world premieres of the DB12 S, Vantage S and DBX S, alongside Aston Martin's broader range of high-performance models.

The DB12 S is a front-engine V8 super tourer producing 700 PS and 800 Nm of torque. It accelerates from zero to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds and gains an upgraded eight-speed automatic transmission, revised suspension, an electronic differential and carbon ceramic brakes to sharpen performance and agility.

The Vantage S is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbocharged engine delivering 680 PS and 800 Nm of torque. It reaches 60 mph from a standstill in 3.3 seconds, with a dedicated throttle map and revised chassis and powertrain settings designed to enhance track performance and driver engagement.

The DBX S, a luxury SUV, puts out 727 PS and 900 Nm of torque, drawing on technology transferred from the Valhalla to lift its performance. It sheds up to 47 kilograms compared with the existing DBX707 and matches the Vantage S's 3.3-second zero-to-60-mph sprint.

The Valhalla plug-in hybrid supercar, the Valkyrie hypercar and the new Vanquish will also take to the Goodwood hillclimb. The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One team's AMR25 will be driven by Jack Crawford and Jessica Hawkins for spectators at the event.

"Visitors will also be able to see firsthand the breadth and depth of our development capabilities through the Valkyrie, the AMR25 and more."

Meanwhile, Aston Martin recently unveiled the AMR-C01-R Hypercar Edition in collaboration with British racing equipment firm Curv Racing Simulators. The racing simulator was created to commemorate the Valkyrie hypercar's entry in this year's 24 Hours of Le Mans and will be limited to 24 units worldwide.
