Yoo Bo-hwa, the newly inaugurated chief of Seongdong-gu, signed off Tuesday morning on a plan to establish a rapid redevelopment and reconstruction task force — making it her first official act as the district's ninth directly elected chief.
The task force, once formed, will work alongside outside experts to support redevelopment and reconstruction projects across the district, providing mediation at conflict-prone sites and tailored consulting to help accelerate project timelines.
