Actor Jang Dong-gun turns heads with changed look at rare public appearance

Actor Jang Dong-gun, 53, has drawn attention after making a rare appearance at a public event.

Fashion magazine Dazed Korea recently posted a video on Instagram from a liquor brand launch event.

The footage showed Jang and his wife Ko So-young alongside actors Lee Min-ho, Lee Jung-jae, Jung Il-woo and Kang Dong-won, as well as broadcaster Hong Jin-kyung.

Jang, long regarded as one of South Korea's most handsome actors, drew attention with a noticeably changed appearance. He smiled and greeted the camera.

Jang's most recent release was the 2024 film "A Normal Family." He is set to appear in the upcoming film "Yeoldaeya" later this year.

Jang and Ko married in 2010 and have a son and a daughter.
