AI Korea announced Monday it has signed a share buyback trust agreement worth 2 billion won ($1.3 million) with NH Investment.
The contract runs through Jan. 5, 2027.
The company said shares acquired through the trust will be used to enhance shareholder value — including through cancellation — and to fund employee compensation.
