Singer KCM will hold a belated wedding ceremony this October.
His agency, A2Z Entertainment, announced Monday that KCM will wed at Floating Island on Sevit Island in Seoul on Oct. 4.
"I am happy to finally be able to keep my promise to my wife after 14 years," KCM said through his agency. "It is all thanks to my wife, who quietly endured the difficult times, and our three children, who gave me the courage to keep going."
He went on to say the ceremony was being planned as "a moment to reaffirm my commitment to living for my family for the rest of my life and to express gratitude to the people who matter most to us." He added that he was "sincerely grateful to the fans who have cheered us on without wavering for so long."
KCM and his wife, Bang Ye-won, welcomed their first daughter, Suyeon, in 2012. At the time, a combination of personal setbacks — including his mandatory military service and a failed business venture — prevented the couple from holding a wedding. They did not formally register their marriage until 2021. The couple welcomed a second daughter, Seoyeon, in 2022, and a son, Haon, in 2025.
Meanwhile, KCM has been appearing on the KBS 2TV variety program "Superman Is Back" since earlier this year, showcasing his warm side as a father of three.
