Top score of 79 in gas boiler category
'Ddassum Care' rental strengthens installation, inspection and after-sales service
780,000 KakaoTalk channel subscribers drive contactless service expansion
Kiturami has ranked first in the gas boiler category in the 2026 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI), with the company citing not only product competitiveness but also post-purchase management and a contactless after-sales service system as key drivers of consumer satisfaction.
The company announced Tuesday that it had been named the top-ranked brand in the gas boiler sector in the survey administered by the Korea Productivity Center.
The NCSI is a customer satisfaction metric jointly developed in 1998 by the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan. It measures satisfaction by comprehensively evaluating customers' expectations and their experience with products and services across 353 companies in 94 domestic industries.
Kiturami recorded an overall score of 79 points, the highest in the gas boiler industry. The company said it received high marks across key evaluation categories including product and service quality, complaint rates and customer loyalty.
Kiturami has been strengthening its after-sales service offerings in response to growing demand for post-purchase boiler management. Through its residential boiler rental service "Ddassum Care," the company manages the entire customer journey — from purchase and installation to regular inspections and after-sales service.
Ddassum Care offers up to eight years of free after-sales service, one annual performance inspection and a fault-response guarantee within 24 hours. The service is available with a choice of products, including the premium Kiturami Gekkuro ECO Condensing L20 gas boiler and the standard Kiturami Twin Alpha ECO L11 gas boiler.
Kiturami also operates a certified sales system for online buyers. Through its "Online Official Certified Retailer" program, the company guarantees the sale of genuine products and accountable installation. Consumers can verify a retailer's certification status on the official website.
The company has also expanded its contactless service request channels. Subscribers to the Kiturami Boiler KakaoTalk channel have surpassed 780,000, and the channel now handles about 30 percent of all annual call-center service requests. Beyond round-the-clock service intake, the channel provides self-diagnosis tools, guidance on IoT thermostat settings and tips on preventing frozen pipes.
"We have consistently worked to improve not only product performance but also the quality of service that customers actually experience, and that effort has earned us the top ranking in the National Customer Satisfaction Index," a Kiturami official said. "We will continue to refine the overall customer experience across our products and services to deliver differentiated customer value."
