Daewoo Engineering & Construction said Wednesday it has signed a contract to build a mixed-use residential and commercial complex at the Cheongna Smart City and Cheongna International Business District M5 site.
The contract is valued at 818.06 billion won ($536 million), equivalent to 10.16 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The construction period is 55 months from the ground-breaking date.
