Kangwon Land wraps up integrity campaign with on-site outreach push

Kangwon Land is stepping up efforts to embed an integrity-centered organizational culture through direct, on-site communication with employees, as the company wraps up its latest anti-corruption campaign.

Kangwon Land held a ceremony Wednesday at its headquarters in Gohan to mark the close of its monthlong "Integrity Month" campaign, presenting "management integrity support boxes" to outstanding departments and subsidiaries that contributed to spreading a culture of integrity. The event was designed not only to recognize best practices but also to give executives a chance to visit worksites directly, engage with staff and share the company's commitment to ethical conduct.

The company selected the machine games team, the safety management team and subsidiary Hi1 Chuchu Park based on their level of participation in integrity activities and their contribution to spreading those values across the organization. Acting CEO Nam Han-gyu presented boxes containing integrity-themed goods, snacks and a team dinner allowance. The event combined recognition and encouragement to boost motivation for continued participation.

"Integrity does not begin with a system — it starts with the voluntary practice of every member of the organization," Nam said. "I am grateful to the employees and subsidiary staff who have quietly put integrity culture into practice, and we will continue to build a trusted public enterprise through integrity leadership that reaches out to the field, communicates and offers encouragement."
