KT Alpha Shopping will launch the "Barowork Dial Sneaker," a new product from functional footwear brand Shinmisa, with its first broadcast airing Saturday.
The new sneaker incorporates patented technology for posture correction designed for degenerative joint conditions. It features a domestically patented dial system, a plantar-pressure-distributing insole and a functional outsole to support stable walking.
KT Alpha Shopping will offer the product at a 50 percent discount during the first sales broadcast Saturday at 8:40 a.m., along with reward points and gift giveaways.
Shinmisa has accumulated 25 billion won ($16.6 million) in cumulative orders on KT Alpha Shopping, surpassing 10 billion won in sales in the first half of this year alone. Ko Myo-jeong, a merchandise director on KT Alpha Shopping's living and home appliances team, said the company would "continue to develop products with improved wearing convenience."
