The Ria Duteom Saeu features a thick patty combining whole and minced shrimp meat, topped with horseradish sauce whose sharp, tangy flavor highlights the shrimp's natural taste and delivers a clean finish. The Ria Duteom Saeu Spicy Tomato variant uses a spicy tomato sauce infused with mantis shrimp extract to deepen the crustacean flavor and boost umami.
