Daewoo Engineering & Construction disclosed Thursday it has signed a contract with Daeshin Asset Trust for an urban renewal redevelopment project in the Sinimun Station transit-oriented area to build long-term jeonse housing.
The contract is valued at 529.17 billion won ($355 million), equivalent to 6.57 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The contract period runs 46 months from the ground-breaking date.
